Return Policy

By placing an order through Samuel Luke Art,

You agree to these terms:

  • All sales are final and I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time. Please check product details carefully before ordering.

    If you’ve made a mistake or want to swap for another item - only if the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet - I can sort something out for you!

  • Placed an order, checked-out, and later want to add something to that order? No worries :)

    If you place a second order within 12 hours of your original order, I can combine the two orders as long as your original order hasn’t been fulfilled / shipped yet.

    I’ll adjust the shipping charges so you’re not paying twice for postage. If combining the orders moves the parcel into a higher shipping rate, I’ll only charge the additional amount required for the larger parcel.

    To request this, place your second order and contact me as soon as possible with both order numbers.

    But, if your original order has been shipped, orders can no longer be combined and a separate shipping charge will apply.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible at samlukeart@gmail.com and I’ll try to update it before it ships.

    If an order is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, I can’t guarantee it will be recovered or replaced. If it’s returned to me, I can resend it, but additional postage fee will apply.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with your order number and photographs of the issue as soon as possible after receiving your order so I can help resolve the issue.

  • Some items are sold as damaged, demo, or imperfect stock at a reduced price. Any flaws are described in the listing. These items are sold as-is with those disclosed imperfections and are not considered faulty for those reasons.

Terms of Service

By placing an order through Samuel Luke Art,

You agree to these terms:

  • All products are creative works by Samuel Luke, including physical artworks, comics, zines, prints, books, and other creative works, as well as digital downloads.

    Product photos and descriptions aim to be accurate, but because some physical items are handmade, hand-bound, signed, numbered, or small-batch printed, slight variations may occur.

    Digital products are provided as downloadable files, including PDF versions of selected comics and scanned PDF versions of selected mini zines. Mini zine PDFs are designed so that they can be printed and folded at home.

    • Digital downloads do not include a physical copy of the product, or vice versa. Once purchased, digital files can be downloaded, viewed, and printed for personal use.

    • A download link will be sent to the email address provided when you place your order.

    • The download link will be available for 24 hours after purchase, after which it will expire.

    • If your link expires before you have downloaded your purchase, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help provide you with a new download link!

  • Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your order and shipping details carefully and contact me as soon as possible if you notice any errors.

    I reserve the right to cancel an order if an item has been incorrectly listed, is unexpectedly unavailable, or if an error has occurred with the order or payment.

    If I need to cancel your order for any of these reasons, I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know what has happened and arrange a full refund where applicable.

  • Orders are shipped from Australia with Australia Post using the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service and destination.

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as I can’t guarantee delivery to incorrect addresses.

    Once an order has been posted, it is in the hands of the postal service. If something goes wrong, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

  • All artwork, writing, illustrations, photographs and designs sold or displayed through Samuel Luke Art remain the intellectual property of Samuel Luke unless otherwise stated.

    Buying a physical artwork or even a digital download does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, redistribute, commercially use, or sell copies without permission.

Privacy Policy

Samuel Luke Art respects your privacy and only collects personal information that is reasonably needed to operate the online store and fulfil your order.

By placing an order through Samuel Luke Art,

You agree to these terms:

  • When you place an order, I collect your name, email, billing and shipping address, phone number, and order details.

    Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). I do not receive or store your full card details.

  • Your information is used to:

    • process and fulfil your order

    • arrange shipping and delivery

    • contact you about your order

    I don’t currently have a mailing list, and placing an order won’t add you to one. Any emails you receive will only be a receipt / summary of your order, and confirmation that your order has been fulfilled.

  • Samuel Luke Art uses third-party services to run the store, including Squarespace (website hosting), Stripe and/or PayPal (payments), and Australia Post or other couriers (delivery). These providers may handle your personal information as needed to perform their services.
